“Renewal” Solo Exhibition at Georges Bergès Gallery
Georges Bergès Gallery presented Renewal a Susan Swartz solo exhibition in SoHo, NYC this fall. The opening on October 10th was incredibly successful with a full-house turnout, and the run of the show continued to draw such a tremendous response that the exhibition was extended through Thanksgiving weekend.

New York Comes to New Orleans!
We are pleased to share that Jason McCoy Gallery of NYC is presenting Susan Swartz at Ten Nineteen in New Orleans, April 27 - May 20. Located at 1019 Erato Street, the exhibition is open from 11am - 6pm daily, or by appointment. 10% of sales will be donated to the Besthoff Sculpture Garden at the New Orleans Museum of Art.
Navalny Wins Oscar for Best Documentary Feature
We are thrilled to announce that Navalny won the Oscar for Best Documentary Feature at the 95th Academy Awards on Sunday, March 12th, 2023. The documentary investigates the poisoning of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny. Susan Swartz was an Executive Producer of this film.
Swartz Solo Exhibition in NYC
A new Susan Swartz installation debuted at the Jason McCoy Gallery in NYC. Agnes Gund, Max Hollein, Christina Weiss Lurie, and Gillian Tett were among the many celebrated art patrons in attendance. Swartz's solo show marks the beginning of her representation by Jason McCoy.

WHY I PAINT: EARTH DAY REFLECTIONS
Today's forced seclusion and wake up call to stay healthy has once again granted me the luxury of time to ponder what really matters. The clarity that our seclusion affords is a gift and it motivates me to renew my pledge to truly appreciate, exalt, protect and preserve the beauty of nature through my art in every way I can.

INSPIRING HOPE: SUNDANCE 2020 RECAP
Susan Swartz Studios does not take the current crisis at hand lightly. Artist Susan Swartz’s endurance and recovery of the harsh effects of Lyme disease and Mercury poisoning is an example of the havoc an illness can wreck on an individual’s body and spirit. Knowing that COVID-19 is affecting individuals directly through disease as well as local and global populations with the repercussions of its spread, is disheartening to say the least.
